- Compatibility & Size – This 5/8″ wide × 1/8″ thick flat gasket tape is designed for door channels up to 1/8″ deep. Perfect for sealing glass door edges, fireplace insert doors, and shallow wood stove door grooves. Measure your door perimeter (Height × 2 + Width × 2) — 72″ covers most standard doors
- Material & Durability – Rated to 1100°F. Unlike hollow or loose-core gaskets that flatten and fail quickly, our solid-core graphite-impregnated fiberglass is denser and more wear-resistant. Resists compression flattening and fraying — delivers seasons of reliable service, not just one season
- Self-Adhesive & Complete Kit – Adhesive is already coated on the backing — no extra adhesive needed for flat surfaces. Includes 1 roll of 72″ tape and 1 pair of protective gloves. Trim to any length with household scissors
- Safety & Material Verification – The tape features a self-adhesive backing pre-coated with high-temperature resistant acrylic adhesive — low-VOC, non-toxic, with no benzene or harmful solvents. The graphite-impregnated fiberglass is inert at stove temperatures and will not release fumes during normal use. Asbestos-Free. Official SDS available upon request
- Easy DIY Installation & Curing – ① Let stove cool completely ② Remove old seal & clean surface ③ Peel backing & press tape firmly into groove. Important: Allow 12 hours curing time before firing up your stove — do not apply heat during curing. For curved surfaces, extra high-temperature adhesive may be needed (not included)
