- PRECISION FIT FOR SECURE KNIFE-TO-PLATE SEAL – Ensures the grinding plate extends slightly beyond the end of the cylinder, creating a secure fit between the knife and plate when the retaining ring is tightened. Prevents meat from slipping between the plate and cylinder during grinding.
- FIBER CONSTRUCTION – Made in the USA from durable fiber material for long-lasting performance in commercial butcher shop, meat processing, and restaurant applications. A direct replacement for OEM meat grinder gaskets, bushings, and spacers.
